'PineFlower originated from a fundamental aspiration: to offer unfeigned Neapolitan pizza in London. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, our little pizzeria was once a modest, family-operated venture, boasting recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Romano, our progenitor, honed their pizza-crafting talents on an educational journey through Italy, learning from renowned Neapolitan pizza experts. Upon their return to the UK, they were set on duplicating the enchantment of legitimate Italian pizza, employing age-old methods and premium provisions.
From a humble pizzeria seating a dozen patrons, we've expanded into a cherished neighborhood gem. Nevertheless, our allegiance to supreme quality and genuineness stands steadfast. We continue to utilize traditional wood-firing methods, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and seek the finest ingredients available.
Now, 'PineFlower' stays under family direction, with the Romano's successors steering our devoted crew. Despite taking on contemporary changes, the essence of our enterprise endures: producing delectable, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
